These chairs are a wonderful snapshot of the modernist movement within Western-Europe. The designer debuted this model at the 1958 EXPO in Brussels and became a prominent figure in the design community.

Comfortable light weight and unique. These are a nice way to add some european diversity to a stale sea of eames chairs. The frame is fiberglass and the maple legs can be unmounted for easier transport if needed.
