San Antonio Palopo Morga ---  This tube skirt is a dark indigo blue, medium weight cotton fabric with horizontal medium blue line designs in the weave. I bought the skirt from Theresa in 2016, One of her family hand-embroidered the white and medium blue decorative randa cross that holds the panels together.  The randa goes well with the color of the stripes in the fabric. 

The cotton skirt material was made on a treadle loom or foot-loom probably in San Antonio Paloopo area or a neighboring town.  While the color is a beautiful dark indigo blue, it is probably a commercial dye. The dimensions of the skirt is 41" wide (weft)  by 44"x 2" = 88" long (warp). The used skirt is in good condition. Medium weight material.  Weight: 1.4 lbs.
