The BDS 4.5" lift kit for the 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD improves stance and clears up to 33" tires, using a No Torsion Bar Drop System that mounts the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower a-arm for maximum ground clearance. The high-clearance front end uses torsion bar relocation brackets, 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, HD skid plates, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. The rear is available with a replacement lift block or full Glide-Ride leaf springs, new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

• Special tool (Kent Moore Tools Part# J-42393) required to unload/load torsion bars. Not available through BDS.

• If equipped with stock 17 inch wheels, then must replace with 17 inch or larger aftermarket wheels.
• AWD models will require front driveline modification.
• Will not fit Quadsteer equipped models.
