-I believe train can be shortened by a seamstress if you decide is too long

-Full peplum ruffle covering the hips

-Closes with the buttons in the back

-Skirt is pretty full on its own, photographed without the crinoline

Fits like small / medium.

For the reference dress form is modern size 2 and the dress is at least full size larger at waist, but only little bigger at the bust.

Condition: Overall very good vintage with minor wear. Fabric is crisp and clean with couple of areas that are ever ever so slightly darker, barely noticeable and very hard to show on a photograph. A white small spot on the bottom side of the train. Also very thin line on the bottom part of the train. Otherwise dress had been gently soak and hand wash and is ready to wear.
